Ingredients:

4 cans white beans (usually cannellini or great northern)

2 lemons

½ bunch parsley, finely chopped

1 can or jar oil packed tuna

olive oil
Directions:

Drain the beans from all of their liquid, and give them a rinse; drain again so they’re not holding onto any liquid. Toss the beans in a large bowl with the juice from the lemons, a healthy splash of olive oil, a big pinch of salt, and the parsley. Add the tuna in last, and gently mix (you don’t want the tuna to get all broken up).
