1 Loaf of Baguette or Ciabatta

1 Unsalted Stick of Butter

8 Garlic Cloves, finley minced or punded intoa paste
Directions:

Heat the oven to 500 degrees F.

Melt the butter with all of the garlic and about 1 tsp of salt, either in a bowl in the microwave or on the stovetop (in a pot). Slice the loaf of bread in half, horizontally (instead of across like sandwich bread) - you’re cutting it in half to brush both sides of the inside, along the whole length. Brush the insides with the garlic butter. Roast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
