Ingredients:

4 large cucumbers

2 blocks feta, or about 8 oz.

3 sprigs dill (fresh) or dried dill works

whole milk or full fat Greek yogurt

lemon

red wine vinegar

olive oil
Directions:

Cut the cucumbers into small cubes, about ¼” big. Crumble the feta, pick and chop the dill. Toss these ingredients in a smaller bowl. Mix the yogurt with a healthy squeeze of lemon juice, a splash of red wine vinegar, and a healthy pour of olive oil.
